These terms govern use of revivegrid.digital and frame how paid consulting engagements are offered by ReviveGrid Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN 23406544, Representative Hao Chen).
Services
We provide project-based software engineering, technical reviews, and implementation support focused on legacy application modernization. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a written statement of work or proposal—not on this marketing site.
Site use

Intellectual property
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, materials we create during a paid engagement are licensed to you upon full payment. Pre-existing tools and generalized know-how remain ours.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by Taiwan law, liability for indirect damages is excluded for site use. Engagements are governed by the signed contract, which prevails over this page.
Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei City have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a contract specifies arbitration.
